AXEON Big Switch Series Float Switch, 20 ft Cord - 220 Volt

The AXEON® Big Switch Series Float Switch is a heavy-duty, environmentally safe liquid level switch for pump control in water storage, RO system tanks, and process water applications. The patented mercury-free mechanical switching mechanism eliminates hazardous materials while delivering reliable, long-life performance. Rated at 15 amps, the Big Switch can control both small and large horsepower pumps on 220V.

The high-quality design uses a high number of fine-stranded copper wires for an extremely flexible 20-foot cable with long service life. Omni-directional float orientation and UL listing make it suitable for a wide range of installation configurations.

Operating Modes

Normally Open (Pump Down): Float switch closes (turns pump ON) when float rises 45 degrees above horizontal; opens (turns pump OFF) when float drops 45 degrees below horizontal. Use to pump down a tank when it fills.

Normally Closed (Pump Up): Float switch closes (turns pump ON) when float drops 45 degrees below horizontal; opens (turns pump OFF) when float rises 45 degrees above horizontal. Use to refill a tank when it empties.
