Ceramacast 646N is an zirconia based, high density, high strenght castable and potting compound. Resists temperatures up to 3000°F (1649°C). Supplied in powder form and mixed with water in 100:15 weight ratio to develop a strong hydraulic bond.Curing procedures are as follow:1) Air dry for a minimum of 8 hours.2) Bake at 200°F for 2-4 hours.3) Final cure at 250°F for 3 hours.4) Final cure at 450°F for 30-60 minutes when using the HLB-1 Hydrophobic Liquid Binder.On the picture Ceramacast 646N pots specialty heater.
